Ilenia Corti is a fashion accessories designer specialized in shoes and jewelery design.
She grew up in a family of jewelers who dedicated their life to the creation of unique pieces of art since 1969. She started to shape her own creations at a young age in the family company along with her father who helped her to give life to childish visions of animals, flowers, colors and all the enchanting small things living in the fragile and mysterious microcosm of nature’s perfection.

In 2010 Corti founded her own brand Vernissage that for its uniqueness and strong creative identity receives numerous calls from international events as Vogue Talents, UK Jewlery Awards, ASVOFF in addition to an enthusiastic response from magazine such as Vogue UK, NY Times, Los Angeles Times, Vogue Italia and from top retailers such as Barneys, 10 Corso Como and Luisaviaroma.

Each Vernissage collection is a different story, but related part of a great tale about the tension between the dream vision, the childlike wonder and the pragmatism of the adult world. The mistery of the nature and its hidden beauty, the perfection of its little worlds, the mistake that becomes a wonderful exception, the obsession for details are the inspiration and the research topics of Ilenia Corti’s work, a rather peculiar area of interest which brought her to collaborations with luxury brands such as Dolce & Gabbana, Casadei, Cacharel, Acne Studios, Emilio Pucci ,Marimekko, Moschino.
